Monsta X

Monsta X is a South Korean boy band formed by Starship Entertainment in 2015 through the reality survival show "No.Mercy." The group consists of six members: Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M., after the departure of member Wonho in 2019. Monsta X is known for its energetic performances and a genre-blending style that incorporates elements of K-pop, hip-hop, EDM, and R&B. Their notable works include the albums "The Clan Pt. 2.5: The Final Chapter," "Take.1 Are You There?," and "All About Luv," which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200, marking them as the first K-pop group to achieve such a feat with an all-English album. The track "Dramarama" and "Love Killa" are among their chart-topping hits. Monsta X has made a significant impact on the global music scene, breaking barriers for K-pop in Western markets. Their intense choreography, diverse musical style, and engaging fan interactions have garnered them a dedicated international fanbase, known as "Monbebe," and they continue to influence the evolution of K-pop as a global phenomenon.
